Welcome to the Washington University of Science and Technology (WUST) Helpdesk Portal.

To streamline support requests and enhance our service to you, we use a support ticket system. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number, allowing you to track progress and view responses online. For your convenience, we maintain a complete archive and history of all support requests.

Please note that a valid email address from one of the following domains is required to submit a ticket: @wust.edu, @mail.wust.edu@student.wust.edu, @alumni.wust.edu, or @research.wust.edu.

Before creating your ticket, please check our knowledgebase section. You will find solutions to most of your queries.

Submit a new support request. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. To update a previously submitted ticket, please click on the " Check Ticket Status" link below. A valid email address is required.
